STC is to support Siebel Systems’ eBusiness 2000, allowing companies to combine Siebel e-business applications with STC’s e-business infrastructure to streamline sales, marketing, and service.

STC has announced its support for Siebel eBusiness 2000, a family of e-business application software from Siebel Systems. Siebel eBusiness 2000 allows organizations to manage, synchronize, and coordinate sales, marketing, and customer service across all communication channels and points of customer contact including the Web, the call center, field sales and service, and reseller channels.

STC will provide full support for Siebel eBusiness 2000 to facilitate rapid, real-time e-business implementations. Made possible by STC’s e-business platform, e*Gate Integrator, the integration solution will allow companies to combine Siebel e-business applications with STC’s e-business infrastructure to streamline sales, marketing, and service. It will enable the seamless flow of information from initial customer contact to order fulfillment, with the aim of ultimately reducing costs and enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
