SDRC (Structural Dynamics Research Corporation), a supplier of e-business collaboration solutions for the product lifecycle, has announced version 2.0 of Accelis, its e-business integration solution. The new release includes performance enhancements and lays the groundwork for future expansion of platform support to include IBM Websphere 3.5, BEA WebLogic, and Sun iPlanet.

The performance enhancements in Accelis 2.0 are designed to improve the access of legacy systems via Accelis. Launched in July 2000, Accelis consists of three core components: Product Knowledge Broker; Domain Library; and Connector Catalog.
