Level 8 Systems has released Geneva Enterprise Integrator 2.0. As a key component of the Level 8 Geneva High Performance Integration Platform, Geneva Enterprise Integrator 2.0 delivers real-time, high-performance integration request and response features to integrate front-end technologies to back office systems. Delivering high performance, the software offers a wide range of integration options, standards and protocol support, client interfaces, and connectors – designed to reduce integration time and training levels.
Geneva Enterprise Integrator deploys an object integration approach that provides a single object view of enterprise resources, enabling two-way, real-time performance between Web applications, legacy systems, and e-partners. Providing instantaneous request and response times over the Web and across the enterprise gives organizations developing Web, portal, and wireless applications a competitive advantage by providing improved customer service.
Level 8 has also released Geneva Business Process Automator 2.0, which is used to define e-business processes that re-use existing technology. The product features a drag and drop interface to allow ease-of-use in defining the most complex e-business processes. This empowers non-technical business staff to more easily define new business processes or automate business events, such as order processing and call center management, including processes that require human intervention.
