SEEBEYOND ANNOUNCES FINANCIAL RESULTS
Revenue for Q4 2000 increased to $42.7 million, a 179% gain over Q4 1999. Revenue for the twelve months ended December 31, 2000 was $114.8 million, a 108% increase over 1999 revenue. Q4 2000 license revenue grew 246% year over year.
Net loss for Q4 2000 was $6.2 million (-$0.09 per share), compared to a net loss of $10.1 million (-$0.23 per share) in Q4 1999. Excluding non-cash charges relating to the amortization of stock compensation and amortization of alliance warrants, SeeBeyond recorded a net loss for the twelve months ended December 31, 2000 of $31.3 million, compared to a net loss of $23.3 million for 1999.
IONA REPORTS Q4 AND ANNUAL RESULTS
Iona Technologies has announced Q4 revenues of $47.9 million, a 44% increase over Q4 1999. For the year 2000, IONA reported revenues of $153.1 million, a 45% increase over 1999.
The company reported Q4 pro forma earnings of $8.4 million ($0.35 per share), up 84% from Q4 1999. Pro forma earnings were $21.8 million for 2000 ($0.93 per share), a 201% increase over 1999. Pro forma earnings exclude amortization of purchased intangible assets, acquisition-related costs, and settlement of litigation costs.
COMMERCE ONE POSTS RESULTS
Commerce One revenues for Q4 totaled $191.4 million, compared to $16.9 million for Q4 1999, an increase of 1,033%. Revenues for the full year 2000 were $401.8 million, compared to 1999 full year revenues of $33.6 million, an increase of 1,097%. Including all charges, the net loss for Q4 was $197.5 million (-$0.99 per share), compared to a net loss of $28.8 million ($0.20 per share) for Q4 1999.
