Saga Systems, the parent company of Saga Software, plans to report fourth quarter 1999 earnings on Tuesday, January 18. On its conference call, scheduled for 4:30 PM the same day, SAGA officers will discuss Q4 performance, including the close of a number of new commercial Sagavista sales. CEO Dan Gillis and CFO Harry McCreery are planning to conduct the call.
Active Software expects to report fourth quarter earnings on Monday, January 24. Active Software will discuss its results on a conference call. Scheduled speakers include Jim Green, chairman and chief executive officer, and Jon Bode, vice president, chief financial officer.
New Era of Networks plans to release its full earnings report on January 26. The company expects revenues for the quarter ended December 31, 1999, to be in the range of $37 million to $39 million, based on a preliminary analysis of its results. The company estimates revenues from software licenses grew well over 50 percent compared to the third quarter ended September 30, 1999. Earnings are projected to be in line with, or slightly better than, expectations.
