Sony Broadcast & Professional Europe (Sony BPE) is implementing an e-business integration solution from CrossWorlds to integrate disparate applications within its organization to facilitate customer transactions over the Internet. Sony BPE is to integrate its SAP ERP system, BroadVision’s One-to-One Enterprise and front-end e-business software. To accomplish this, Sony BPE will use the CrossWorlds SAP and BroadVision Connectors, pre-built business process integration modules, as well as the CrossWorlds Designer suite of development tools.

MAXTRAD PERSONALIZES B2B TRADING PORTAL

Maxtrad is a free, registration-based B2B international trade portal giving companies help to trade internationally. Initiated and sponsored by ABN AMRO Bank, Maxtrad is run with the co-operation of the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and Reuters. Interwoven TeamSite software enables Maxtrad’s administrators at the bank to integrate dynamic information sources to provide a full range of up-to-the-minute investor services through the one site. These services include financial news feeds from Reuters, bulletin boards and discussion groups, a full slate of world-wide trade events from the the EIU, and tools and advice on trading in the global marketplace from ICC.

TELCEL INTEGRATES CALL CENTER

Mobile telecommunications company Telcel has chosen CNT’s Enterprise/Access 2000 software to integrate its Siebel Call Center application with its core legacy business systems. The solution will allow Telcel to improve personalized customer service to its growing customer base.
